When can I expect my order to ship?
Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of your purchase date. Each painting had a varying of different mediums they need the appropriate amount if dry time before they ship. Joanna will send a confirmation email before the ship date. If there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out via email. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us. The customers satisfaction is the utmost importance to Joanna.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment.
How do I care for my painting?
Each painting varies in the amount of texture it has. The best way to clean a painting is to periodically take a feather duster and lightly dust the painting. Note, you may notice a few slight cracks in the paint and plaster. This is normal and actually part of the patina of the painting, it’s intentional by the artist and a portion of what makes each piece unique.
Is every painting framed?
Some paintings come framed, some do not. If you would like to have a floating frame for a painting, I would be happy to get a quote for you. Note, this would delay the shipping time of your painting.
